(1) Technical principles
The ozone analyzer of ultraviolet spectrophotometry is based on beer Lamber law,
O3 molecules have characteristic absorption of UV light with wavelength of 254nm. The absorption value is proportional to the concentration of ozone. Through the solenoid valve, the sample gas and the sample gas without ozone can alternately pass through the gas pool to measure the absorption value and obtain the ozone concentration.
