VOC monitoring micro station at plant boundary

Introduction: 

Sy-voc900b series ambient air automatic monitoring system is composed of modules, which can increase or decrease the required monitoring analyzers at any time according to the environmental requirements. At the same time, the friend interaction interface and powerful data acquisition software complete the data acquisition, remote communication control and data processing of various monitoring instruments, and form a report. 

It can simultaneously measure the five parameters of non methane hydrocarbon, benzene series, H2S, NH3, HCl, PM2.5, PM10, meteorology, etc 

 

Design requirements: 

1. Build a VOCs "point, area and mobile" monitoring network, and incorporate the VOCs Pollution Monitoring in the industrial park into the daily supervision and management. 

Take the enterprise as the unit, build the VOCs omni-directional and three-dimensional monitoring with the combination of point type plant boundary, park and mobile type, find out the emission situation of each enterprise and the overall environmental situation of the industrial park, track and monitor in time, urge and guide the enterprise to meet the emission standards. 

2. There are no less than 3 monitoring stations for the characteristic pollution at the boundary of the enterprise, including 1 automatic monitoring station at the edge of the boundary at the downwind direction of the dominant wind direction and the second dominant wind direction, and the automatic monitoring station at the edge of the boundary near the residential area and the crowded area.

3. The area of automatic monitoring station of enterprise manufacturer shall not be less than 12m2 

4. Each automatic monitoring point shall be equipped with data transmission system, data acquisition equipment and networking with the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau. Data transmission meets the requirements of national specifications

 

Station building composition: 

◆ plant boundary gas: including non methane total hydrocarbon, benzene series (FID), H2S (SO2 ultraviolet fluorescence), NH3 (NOx chemiluminescence), HCl (semiconductor laser), pm2.5/pm10 (β attenuation method), five meteorological parameters 

◆ field calibration system: including a variety of standard gases, a zero gas generator and an instrument calibration dynamic gas generator. 

◆ sampling gas collection pipe: it is composed of sampling head, main pipe, branch connection, air extraction fan, exhaust port, etc. 

◆ remote data communication equipment: modem or wired TCP / IP transfer or wireless PC card (GPRS supported).
