Laser analyzer adopts TDLs technology based on semiconductor laser principle, which is the most advanced detection technology in the world. The measurement accuracy can reach ppb level.

The tunable diode laser absorption spectrum technology is used to measure the gas. The infrared tunable laser is used as the light source to emit a specific wavelength laser beam, which passes through the gas to be measured. The light signal is converted into an electrical signal through the receiver of the detector. By analyzing the attenuation of the laser light intensity caused by the absorption of the gas to be measured, the gas concentration to be measured can be monitored quickly and accurately. Because the laser spectrum is very narrow (less than o.ooolnm) and only emits the specific wavelength absorbed by the gas to be measured, the measurement is not interfered by other components in the measurement environment.

Our company has improved the compensation of temperature, humidity and pressure to laser measurement through a large number of experimental data and calculation methods in 3 years. The drift of the instrument is reduced from 2% FS to 0.2% FS, reaching the international level.
