VOC alarm system of fixed pollution source

System overview:

The fixed pollution source VOC alarm system is designed in accordance with the technical requirements of the continuous automatic monitoring system for VOC emission from fixed pollution sources (DB 44 / T 1947-2016) based on the optical ionization detector (PID) method and the online monitoring of VOC from industrial pollution sources in Hebei Province.


System workflow: 

The sampling pretreatment system consists of sampling probe, water gas separator, filter, sampling pump and gas controller. 

The flow of sampling pretreatment system is shown in the figure below. Under the sampling pump, the gas is extracted from the exhaust pipe, transported through the sampling probe and sampling pipe, separated and filtered by water and gas, and then enters the PID gas analyzer. The gas analyzer is internally integrated with a number of high-performance microprocessors to measure the VOCs gas concentration. After the whole measurement is completed, exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust hole.
