VOC alarm system at plant boundary


Summary:

The VOCs online monitoring system designed by our company meets the following requirements: 

1. Build a VOCs "point, area and mobile" monitoring network, and incorporate the VOCs Pollution Monitoring in the industrial park into the daily supervision and management. 

Take the enterprise as the unit, build the VOCs omni-directional and three-dimensional monitoring with the combination of point type plant boundary, park and mobile type, find out the emission situation of each enterprise and the overall environmental situation of the industrial park, track and monitor in time, urge and guide the enterprise to meet the emission standards. 

2. There are no less than 4 monitoring stations for the characteristic pollution at the boundary of the enterprise, including 1 automatic monitoring station at the edge of the boundary at the downwind direction of the dominant wind direction and the second dominant wind direction, and the automatic monitoring station at the edge of the boundary near the residential area and the crowded area. 

3. Each automatic monitoring point shall be equipped with data transmission system, data acquisition equipment and networking with the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau. Data transmission meets the requirements of national specifications 

In each enterprise, multiple automatic monitoring stations are arranged, internal LAN is established, and data networking is carried out respectively in the Environmental Protection Bureau.

VOC alarm system at plant boundary measures VOCs and meteorological 5 parameters (temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed and wind direction), and PM2.5, PM10, hydrogen chloride, methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, etc. can also be selected; data acquisition and communication controller, etc. can accurately and reliably monitor pollutant concentration in surrounding air environment.


System composition:

VOCs, 5 meteorological parameters (temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction) of gaseous pollutant module, PM2.5, PM10, hydrogen chloride, methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia and data acquisition and output module can also be selected.
Working principle and characteristics:
According to the requirements and environmental conditions, optimize the design and reasonable configuration.
A three-stage progressive filtering device is designed, which adopts the mode filtering with the accuracy of 5 μ m, 2 μ m and 1 μ m respectively. It is easy to maintain and ensure that the gas sensor can work stably and measure accurately;
For the water vapor in the air, the spiral steam water separator designed by our company can effectively remove the water vapor
The system is equipped with many sensors such as humidity sensor, velocity sensor and pressure sensor to monitor the operation in real time, so as to ensure the stability of the equipment and the work of colleges and universities.
The system output is equipped with Modbus communication, analog signal, Ethernet and other communication.
Equipped with GPRS module, with remote diagnosis, calibration function, reduce later manual maintenance, increase the stability and reliability of the system.
It has the functions of data comparison, processing, automatic calibration, range setting, over limit alarm interlocking.
The system is controlled by single chip microcomputer and intelligent analysis instrument. It has high degree of automation, small maintenance work and fast and convenient data processing
GFC data cross interference compensation function is added in the system to ensure the measurement accuracy!
