Function and purpose: 

Sy-fid750 portable chromatograph can detect and analyze common gases in time, including C1-C6 gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, propane, butane, pentane, etc. it can measure the components in the container, flue and air.

2、 Principle introduction 

Flame ion detector is highly sensitive but non selective in the measurement of total hydrocarbons. Its working principle is simple. One of them is the flame from the hydrogen atom with hydrogen molecules, forming carbon radicals and electrons. In the case of rapid recombination of charged parts, the existence of this condition is usually very short. However, in an electrostatic field, the component with opposite charge can drive to the electrode. This results in a flame proportional to the number of hydrocarbons present within the effective current.

FID chromatogram analyzer and pretreatment system are highly integrated in portable box, standard gas, generation gas, etc.

The pretreatment has the functions of extraction, filtration, water removal and steady flow, which can send the relatively pure gas to the chromatograph for analysis.

3. The sy-fid750 portable chromatograph is equipped with an automatic gas path control device. When you click the mouse, part of the air will be released automatically, so that the ratio of hydrogen and air can reach the proportion suitable for ignition, and the proportion will be restored after the ignition is completed automatically. Similarly, the thermal conduction bridge flow can be set through the bridge flow setting window in the workstation software.
